In the last 30 days I have bought 3 Logitech keyboard/mouse sets...the first 2 did not work at all so we changed to a different model number...the new set worked for 17 days then both totally died...walmart's new policy is they will only take electronic returns for 15 days...it is NOT posted anywhere in our store but they insisted it was...so I was headed out with my non working set and totally upset ($50 down the drain and behind in office work due to having to stand in the customer service line forever) I was by the door and the greeter says "Am I in you way?" and I said "No...I was going to do some more shopping but because of this (pointing to the piece of crap keyboard/mouse) I will do my shopping somewhere else." She asked me what happened and I told her the story. She told me to go get another one and she would let customer service know they were to exchange it. They did. My boss is not real thrilled still because he is saying the odds that this one will work very long is not good...I will not buy anything electronic from them again---it is toooooo time consuming and stressful!
I have used Logitech mouses (mice?) for years without problem so am surprised at the defect rate. As for Wal-Mart's new policy... I agree that it should be posted in plain view everywhere in the electronics area. Glad the door greeter had enough sense to fix the problem.-- Larry
